Prayer is the heartbeat of the soul and a means of communicating with our Creator.  It is to this end that our Prayer Ministry exists.  If we are to lead Spirit-filled lives and walk in fellowship with God, we must learn to live in an attitude of prayer and rely on Him to provide guidance in every situation of our lives and for answers to our perplexing questions, for advice, or just understanding.  Members of the Prayer Ministry Team are on call to pray 24-hours a day for all who submit prayer requests for whatever need may press them.  The team also prays for our ministries, church leadership, during worship services, for our local, national, and world leadership.  Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call to Me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know."

We are told in Proverbs that "If you cry out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding, if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures: then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.  For the LORD gives wisdom, from His mouth come knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:3-6).
